Do you need to know how to play an instrument to attend?

No, you do not. On the registration form, you rate your musical ability within the 3 categories, the first being “Beginner beginner” which means you know very little about your instrument, or how to play it.

Do you need to know how to dance to attend? No, you do not! We welcome folks with all or no movement or dance backgrounds – we have movement, arts, and singing classes adaptable to those with lots or no experience. M4 is a great place to come try a new dance form for the first time! It’s all about the joy and process of learning in a stimulating and accepting environment.

How do I change levels if I find my class too easy, or too difficult?
